About This Role
- Support day-to-day general ledger processes including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate and implement assigned accounting work, projects, and SOP audits while ensuring compliance with laws related to fraud and collection.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, monitor taxes, maintain accounting controls, and assist other units with accounting and budgeting policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Finance and Accounting or related field with no experience, OR 2-year degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient knowledge and application of general ledger accounting functions and procedures.
- Full-time position located at Road No 2, Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India (no remote).
- Work Experience Required: Either no work experience required with 4-year degree, or 1 year with 2-year degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating accounting SOP audits and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws related to finance.
- Strong operational knowledge of accounting processes including tax monitoring, ledger reconciliation, and reporting.
- Familiar with financial software tools for data processing, financial spreadsheets, and regulatory compliance evaluation.
