About This Role
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules, with a focus on controlling processes like product cost controlling and enterprise controlling.
- Design and document technical and functional specifications, support testing, deployment, and issue resolution including troubleshooting SAP FICO functionality and integration with MM, SD, PP, and Services modules.
- Develop end-user training materials and maintain strong collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet finance and controlling requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience including analysis, technical design, configuration, and testing.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Fiori specifically for FICO modules, with expertise in controlling and finance areas (GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, banking).
- Experience with cross-country and multi-company code finance processes including subcontracting and drop shipment integrations.
- Mandatory English proficiency and availability to work some US hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise and strategic experience in SAP FICO controlling modules, especially product cost controlling and enterprise controlling.
- Demonstrated capability in integrating SAP FICO with other modules (MM, SD, PP, Services) and external platforms using APIs.
- Experienced in complex, multinational finance environments, preferably with automotive industry exposure, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
