About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript, migrating from Selenium where needed.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including manual and automated tests to validate new features and fixes.
- Mentor junior QA members, drive issue resolution with developers, and evolve QA practices including AI-assisted testing tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of test automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript, including test runners, fixtures, and locator strategies.
- Experience with Selenium, Postman, TestRail, and SQL for test data validation.
- Experience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines, specifically Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test automation within Agile/Scrum environments using modern tools and frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, AI-assisted tooling).
- Comfortable working on complex software with .NET/C# backend services and web front ends, able to understand code sufficiently to test effectively.
- Skilled at improving and mentoring QA processes, collaborating cross-functionally to raise product quality and innovate testing practices.
