About This Role
- Support end-to-end payroll execution for assigned EMEA and AsiaPac countries through external vendors.
- Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll validations to identify discrepancies and resolve variances.
- Respond to employee payroll queries within SLAs and maintain accurate payroll and employee data in HRIS/HCM systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations or HR shared services.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and data accuracy.
- English language proficiency mandatory.
- Willingness to work across time zones and regional payroll cycles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working under defined payroll processes, controls, and vendor coordination in a multi-country environment.
- Comfortable with data validation, high-volume data accuracy, and payroll-related documentation.
- Familiarity or experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Oracle HCM preferred.
