About This Role
- Lead multiple software engineering teams within Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase, managing day-to-day implementation and ensuring adherence to compliance, business requirements, and best practices.
- Drive adoption and governance of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC automation to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate dependencies to deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications using Java, React.js, and AWS cloud services.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification; demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with React.js, Java/JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS.
- Proven expertise with AWS cloud services including deployment, monitoring, security, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience leading adoption of AI-assisted development tools within engineering teams including governance on responsible AI use, compliant data handling, and delivery metrics.
