About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Java-based software solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring design constraints and technical quality across multiple technical areas.
- Utilize and validate enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, productivity, and development lifecycle automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years as an individual contributor in software engineering and 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in Core Java and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI use.

- Experienced in leading agile software engineering teams to deliver complex, secure, and scalable applications.
- Strong expertise in software development life cycle including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
