About This Role
- Support product analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and controls.
- Maintain and update product documentation, roadmaps, and health metrics; prepare reporting and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure transparency in requirements, decisions, and dependencies; escalate issues to Domain Lead when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1-3 years experience in product analysis, business analysis, finance operations, process improvement, or related roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages is essential.
- Work location: Hyderabad; Shift timing: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

- Has demonstrated ability to work across business, product, technology, and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities and coordinating stakeholder communication effectively.
- Familiar with finance-process knowledge relevant to the domain and knowledgeable about product/project management strategies and tools.
