About This Role
- Manage end-to-end implementation of a peer-based student agency program across a district by coordinating with various government educational bodies (DIET, BEOs, BRPs, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with state and district officials and other stakeholders for program buy-in, partnership formation, and sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team focused on achieving clear program goals, monitoring quality, and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-7 years of work experience in the social sector with 2-3 years of direct state-level engagement.
- Fluency in Hindi; location requirement: Varanasi.
- Mandatory skills include relationship-building with government officials, navigating government processes (approvals, MoUs), and experience in training module development and capacity-building programs.

- Experienced in managing government stakeholder relationships at district and state levels with proven negotiation and partnership-building skills.
- Demonstrates operational ownership of large-scale education programs involving multi-stakeholder coordination and program implementation monitoring.
- Has experience leading teams with an outcome-focused approach and working cross-functionally with program design and management teams for scalable impact.
