About This Role
- Lead and manage HR Operations team ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery across markets in APAC.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR services by championing AI-enabled innovations and simplifying processes.
- Mentor and develop HR Coordinators and Assistants to maintain strong team capability and meet SLA adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years experience in HR Operations with people management responsibility.
- Working knowledge of HR information systems; experience with Workday, SNOW, EIC, or SAP HR applications is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in English and proven problem-solving skills.
