About This Role
- Own end-to-end revenue data management including attribution, lead routing, MRR reporting, compensation data, and CRM health.
- Build and automate processes ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across revenue operations systems.
- Deliver reliable revenue metrics and insights to leadership enabling faster lead actions and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
- Experience with CRM advanced workflows, reporting, and automation; proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Location requirement: Chennai with work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS or technology industry and familiar with startup to scale-up environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, CRM administration, and building AI-assisted automations for operational efficiency.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance teams and communicate revenue insights to leadership effectively.
