About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB engineering projects including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Drive CMDB data quality and health initiatives addressing stale CIs, duplicates, orphaned relationships, and automate governance processes.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems (Azure, AWS, SCCM, SolarWinds), manage discovery schedules, and develop custom discovery patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow certifications required: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery and/or ITOM).
- Work location mandatory: Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB engineering in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to discovery failures, credentials, and data quality.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams like Asset Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security for configuration data improvement.
