About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate scalable, distributed AI platform systems with focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform features including development, deployment, and production support to empower data science teams.
- Collaborate globally across engineering, product, UX, legal, governance, and security teams to optimize workflows and maintain AI governance controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with minimum 4 years software engineering experience or 6 years without degree.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot including REST APIs, concurrency, and JVM internals.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP).
- Work Experience Required: At least 4 to 6 years in software engineering, with 9+ years preferred for this role.

- Experienced engineer skilled in building and maintaining production-grade distributed systems for AI and data platforms.
- Product-focused with end-to-end ownership, including troubleshooting and delivering highly reliable developer tools.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed, cross-functional team with exposure to machine learning, governance, and automation of AI processes.
