About This Role
- Own production support and maintenance of JLL's global PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 instance, ensuring system reliability and 99.8% uptime.
- Lead incident management from initial analysis to resolution prioritizing critical issues impacting month-end financial closes with 15-minute response target.
- Partner with finance and technical teams on system enhancements, configuration, integration, UAT, and user support across multiple countries and third-party finance applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 in an enterprise IT environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in SQL and PSQuery for troubleshooting and data analysis; experience in system monitoring and incident management.
- Location: Remote position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka; Work Experience Required: Explicitly 3-5 years in relevant PeopleSoft support.

- Demonstrated expertise in production support of large-scale PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 deployments with focus on uptime and critical financial process support.
