About This Role
- Own the end-to-end delivery of automated analytics solutions within Internal Audit, including requirements gathering, design, UAT, implementation, and sign-off.
- Lead project management activities: establish milestones, track delivery, and advise on technology and operational improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams; develop training materials and engage stakeholders to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in audit or technology roles within financial services or regulated global institutions.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree mandatory; quantitative disciplines preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit processes, risk and control frameworks, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and deploying automated solutions and repeatable workflows for complex business problems.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leadership through clear communication and strategic advisory.
