About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain KPIs, operational reports, and dashboards to monitor DWCS service effectiveness and security risks.
- Analyze multi-source datasets for trends, anomalies, and security risks related to user access and privileged accounts.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and automate data workflows supporting security intelligence and reporting platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with real-time/batch data ingestion.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in security-related data analytics within digital workplace or client services environments.
- Skilled in advanced analytics and AI integration including predictive modeling and generative/agentic AI frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, operations, and engineering to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
