About This Role
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and product rollouts in production environments, including designing and implementing testing scripts/plans.
- Monitor process compliance, conduct product evaluations and audits, document findings, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed throughout the software development lifecycle; maintain quality metrics and provide oversight of deliverables impacting own team and related teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in Financial Services preferred.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong understanding of QA within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies, including defining, designing, and executing test cases.
- Experience in requirement reviews with ability to identify, communicate, and document discrepancies.

- Experienced in quality assurance specifically within financial services technology projects with focus on SDLC compliance and quality processes.
- Capable of working independently with moderate complexity problems and making evaluative judgments based on data analysis.
