About This Role
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Monitor and control all phases of application development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) advising senior stakeholders and coaching lower level analysts, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in QA testing including manual testing, REST API Microservices testing, and automation testing.
- Experience in systems analysis, programming software applications, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in quality assurance testing and application development.

- Experienced in managing and implementing successful QA and application development projects under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong consulting and project management skills with ability to assess risk and make autonomous judgements.
- Able to operate independently and act as SME to senior stakeholders in a technology-driven environment.
