About This Role
- Manage installation, configuration, automation, and administration of large-scale Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
- Design and implement infrastructure automation and GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitOps tools.
- Lead cloud migration projects and ensure platform performance, security, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in OpenShift platform engineering or administration.
- Mandatory skills include OpenShift Administration, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, GitOps, cloud migration, Kubernetes/OpenShift, DNS, SSL/TLS, Active Directory, Vault (CyberArk/HashiCorp), and High Availability design.
- Experience managing large-scale OpenShift clusters with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Location requirement: Bangalore (BLR) - India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has proven experience in enterprise-scale Kubernetes/OpenShift environments including OpenShift virtualization (KubeVirt).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and security teams on complex platform operations and migrations.
- Possesses strong troubleshooting skills and stakeholder management experience suitable for senior platform engineering roles.
