About This Role
- Design, develop, and publish digital learning content including e-learning modules, microlearnings, and job aids using Articulate, Synthesia, and AI tools.
- Manage end-to-end learning content lifecycle and learning operations, including intake, prioritization, reviewer sign-offs, and deployment of feedback surveys for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain knowledge management documentation supporting products, processes, and AI/GPT tools to enable effective knowledge sharing and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical software learning development and facilitation.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with AI-enabled authoring tools (Articulate, Synthesia) and enterprise content management systems (e.g., Workday, Confluence).
- Experience within the US Healthcare industry preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building polished, self-paced digital learning content with strong instructional design applying adult learning principles.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to accelerate content development and maintaining technical knowledge resources, including for Custom GPTs.
- Strong communicator able to translate complex technical healthcare and software concepts into clear, jargon-free learning materials.
