About This Role
- Lead SAP FICO implementation and support projects, including preparation, conception, realization and Go Live phases.
- Analyze and address customer requirements in S4HANA Finance across multiple industries, including configuration and integration with other SAP modules like SD, PP, MM.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results; engage in client meetings to provide solutions and support for SAP FICO applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Must have experience with S/4HANA Finance implementations and support.
- At least 2 SAP FICO implementation and 1 support project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or equivalent required; advanced degrees like MBA, MCA, MTech, or CA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP FI consultant with strong expertise in FI-AR, FI-AP, GL, New GL, FI-AA, bank accounting, controlling, and inter-company accounting.
- Ability to manage end-to-end SAP FICO project lifecycle with focus on S4HANA Finance and integration with SD, PP, MM modules.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, and experience working directly with clients in consultations and issue resolution.
