About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows mainly using Databricks, Snowflake, and Python.
- Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions supporting both real-time and batch processing use cases in collaboration with analytics and AI/ML teams.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, performance optimization, and troubleshoot production issues to improve system reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
- Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Python programming, SQL, data modeling, and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Knowledge of distributed data processing, workflow orchestration, APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-based data engineering architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with cloud-native data platforms and scalable data engineering solutions supporting enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams including analytics, AI/ML, and reporting stakeholders.
- Familiar with modern practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and innovation initiatives involving AI agents and intelligent automation.
