About This Role
- Lead and grow the platform engineering team in India, focusing on managed data stores, internal developer platforms, and automation pipelines.
- Provide hands-on architectural oversight and code-level guidance to ensure high availability, low latency, and minimal technical debt.
- Drive delivery of cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and operational tooling while bridging execution with global engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within your domain.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and large-scale multitenant services.
- Technical fluency with core programming languages (Go, Java, Python), Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader comfortable with hands-on coding, architecture review, and debugging complex systems alongside senior engineers.
- Experience building and scaling internal developer platforms, managed data stores, and automating AI/ML workflows is highly valued.
- Operates with strong architectural judgment, strategic roadmap planning, and ability to align distributed global teams.
