About This Role
- Review and validate KYC/KYB customer profile checks, completing manual vetting when automated results fail or are inconclusive.
- Communicate with customers to obtain missing or updated documentation and assist with Identity Verification workflows to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records, support profile creation and linking tasks, and prepare data for compliance reviews and internal reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing, data processing, or compliance support roles; prior KYC/KYB experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Legal authorization to work in Bengaluru, India; sponsorship not available.
- Ability to use internal systems and follow defined processes consistently.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant roles.

- Detail-oriented with strong skills in data/document verification and discrepancy identification.
- Comfortable handling customer communications regarding sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience or interest in compliance, fraud prevention, identity verification, or related operational tasks.
