About This Role
- Configure, test, and deploy complex Zendesk product configurations for a global portfolio of managed services customers in production environments.
- Consult with customers to analyze current configurations, recommend optimizations, and implement configuration updates based on best practices and unique use cases.
- Manage task backlog for assigned customers, prioritize work within available hours, and collaborate with global Managed Services consultants to maximize ongoing subscription value.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional consulting or customer success experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Technical skills: experience with SQL/Python scripting; familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Must be physically located in and willing to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra, India with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.
- Ability to work shifts as per role requirements.

- Experience or strong interest in Zendesk products or customer experience platforms with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Operates independently managing multiple initiatives and making high-impact configuration changes confidently in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for delivering complex configuration solutions on a global scale.
