About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and define enterprise data architecture, standards, and best practices across data engineering teams.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and platforms using cloud-native technologies, primarily on AWS.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures while enabling data foundations for AI, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or any Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of driving enterprise-level data architecture and standards.
- Skilled in cloud-native data solutions on AWS with hands-on experience in modern data engineering tools like Apache Spark and Kafka.
- Adequate expertise to lead design, implementation, and governance of scalable data platforms supporting advanced analytics and AI applications.
