About This Role
- Own monthly reconciliation of all intercompany transactions at trading partner pair level, including AR/AP, loans, interest, commissions, royalties, and miscellaneous balances.
- Perform detailed investigation and resolution of imbalances for consolidation and elimination purposes, preparing journal vouchers as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation within intercompany accounting to enhance efficiency and control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or management, or CA Inter / CMA Inter qualified.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) Intercompany Accounting.
- Working knowledge of ERP and reporting tools such as SAP S/4HANA, EPM, AO, ICMR, or similar systems.
- Role based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in intercompany accounting with hands-on experience in pair-level reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
- Proactive in driving process improvements and automation for accurate, audit-ready output.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and advanced Excel for complex reconciliation and reporting.
