About This Role
- Manage and lead a team of security professionals, assigning tasks and overseeing progress to maintain security operations.
- Implement, enforce, and monitor adherence to security policies and procedures, responding to incidents and vulnerabilities to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with departments for security solutions, support compliance efforts, conduct incident investigations, and prepare security reports for senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar information security management role.
- Proven proficiency in information security management, risk management, compliance, and security technologies.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) and advanced degrees are advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader capable of managing and coordinating a security team effectively within a complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrates strong operational experience in incident response, policy enforcement, and security strategy guidance.
