About This Role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to multiple business stakeholders, building senior leadership relationships and anticipating needs proactively.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring high-quality user stories and minimal rework.
- Own domain process documentation, knowledge bases, and user acceptance testing coverage, and mentor other Business Analysts to improve team standards and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, user story documentation, and working with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, finance/HCM, Snowflake).
- High proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in cross-functional project leadership and able to communicate effectively across US and Indian time zones.
- Capable of operating as a generalist supporting multiple business areas and adapting to evolving priority needs.
- Demonstrates ability to mentor peers and improve BA standards, with focus on root-cause-driven requirements and traceability.
