About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and full lifecycle development of advanced C++ applications, ensuring engineering excellence and system optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers to enhance team technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with product and business goals, managing project delivery with Agile practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in software engineering with proficiency in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, memory management, multithreading, and IPC.
- Experience developing and debugging in Linux/Unix or Windows environments using tools such as CMake, GCC/Clang, or Visual Studio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving technical roadmaps and enforcing coding standards including best practices like TDD and CI/CD.
- Skilled at optimizing system performance, debugging complex threading issues, and managing application memory efficiently.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with experience in mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
