About This Role
- Lead the architecture, design, and full lifecycle development of complex C++ solutions with a focus on system optimization and performance.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and automation.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers while collaborating cross-functionally to align engineering outputs with business objectives and ensuring high-quality sprint deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Modern C++ (C++14, C++17, or C++20) with deep knowledge of standard libraries, multi-threading, IPC, and object-oriented design.
- Experience developing and debugging in Linux/Unix or Windows environments using tools such as CMake, GCC/Clang, or Visual Studio.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
