About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality software components for ServiceNow CRM self-service and customer service workflows, including case and work order management.
- Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, and platform teams from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in platform development, integrations, and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership beyond immediate team.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies including authoring autonomous workflows, LLM APIs, and model/orchestration migrations in production.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and experience with automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Technical leader with experience directing complex software projects impacting customer-facing systems at scale.
- Skilled in integrating AI coding assistants and designing autonomous AI workflows with robust evaluation metrics.
