About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of a Valence (CIBX) agentic AI platform enabling business users to configure, deploy, and manage AI agents without deep technical skills.
- Design and build multi-step planning AI agents with capabilities such as tool use, memory, autonomous task execution, and integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities into scalable backend services.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, observability, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business pain points into AI-driven automation solutions while mentoring junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience with strong hands-on Python expertise.
- Proven production experience building AI/Generative AI (GenAI) applications and strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, tool-calling, memory management) using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Work Experience Required: 10–15 years as stated; Other mandatory technical skills derived from responsibilities and desired qualifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing low-code/configuration-driven platforms targeted at non-technical business users for automation and analytics use cases.
- Skilled in API design using FastAPI/Flask with asynchronous programming and knowledgeable in structured logging, observability, and resilience patterns in distributed systems.
- Capable of collaborating across product, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and mentor junior engineers on agentic system design and AI safety/guardrails.
