About This Role
- Lead and manage global payroll accounting operations including period-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as senior escalation point for payroll issues and coordinate cross-stakeholder resolution including external providers and internal teams.
- Drive process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and upskilling for a scalable global payroll accounting function.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, payroll accounting, or related Finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and related systems; experience with ADP preferred; SAP S/4HANA familiarity is required.
- Based in Hyderabad; ability to support global stakeholders with flexible working hours; travel <5%.
