About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide AI test automation strategy, frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
- Oversee scalable delivery and continuous improvement of AI-powered system testing including model validation and performance benchmarking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI quality metrics into CI/CD pipelines and drive test lifecycle innovation with GenAI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of test automation experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML testing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years test automation with AI/ML focus.

- Experienced in leading complex, enterprise AI/ML test automation projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in implementing AI-specific testing approaches (model validation, bias detection, explainability) and automation frameworks.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and integrating AI quality tools within CI/CD pipelines.
