About This Role
- Analyze, debug, and provide fixes or workarounds for JIRA tickets related to SOTI MobiControl product issues before escalation to development teams.
- Identify server-side and client-side limitations based on customer production environments, and coordinate with engineering for patches and bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain internal diagnostic tools and collaborate with frontline teams to troubleshoot and narrow down failure causes.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Information/Application Systems, Enterprise Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with MDM, software development, or related fields is preferred (exceptions apply).
- Knowledge of enterprise MDM solutions and mobile platforms (Android, Android Enterprise, iOS).
- Familiarity with Java/Android/Kotlin, C#, .NET, Android Studio, Visual Studio, Git, and JIRA platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting complex software issues and log/crash analysis within enterprise mobile device management environments.
- Able to coordinate effectively between technical support, professional services, and engineering teams for bug resolution.
- Strong technical background in software development tools, Agile methodologies, and networking/IT architectures.
