About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery across AML/KYC portfolios in Hyderabad, ensuring compliance with service, quality, risk, and productivity standards.
- Shape and drive GAC's multi-year strategic transformation roadmap, focusing on technology-enabled change, automation, AI adoption, and data-led operating models.
- Act as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for GAC Hyderabad, managing business operations including budgeting, headcount planning, governance, and site/people agenda.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience in AML/KYC, financial crime, or operations in a large global financial institution.
- Proven senior leadership experience managing large teams and leading strategic technology-enabled transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong knowledge of global AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
