About This Role
- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects.
- Conduct business requirement analysis, design solutions, configure SAP modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Credit Management, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA), and lead testing phases (unit, integration, UAT, regression).
- Oversee finance data migration, cutover planning, post-go-live hypercare support, and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for successful deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with full SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or migration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Mandatory skills: SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling), S/4HANA experience, end-to-end support and implementation expertise.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred; relevant certifications/consulting experience advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global SAP rollout or transformation programs with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance domain knowledge.
- Proven track record in managing full lifecycle SAP Finance projects from requirement gathering through hypercare support.
- Ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration across SAP modules and lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting activities.
