About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial management reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness for assigned entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests for internal and external reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus Excel.
- Hybrid work pattern based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance reporting in global or multi-entity environments with exposure to balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Capable of working effectively with shared service providers and external partners to improve financial controls.
- Familiar with automation tools and ERP updates, with skills in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) considered a plus.
