About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial management reports for assigned entities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform variance analysis, and provide financial commentary to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with finance teams, shared service centers, and external providers to monitor delivery, strengthen controls, and support reporting automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and experience handling reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; role requires hybrid working pattern based in India.

- Experienced professional comfortable working with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external providers.
- Skilled in producing clear financial analysis and commentary for leadership and decision-making.
- Ability to lead or contribute to reporting automation, process improvements, and potentially finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
