About This Role
- Own monthly global financial management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and automation, supporting ERP updates and responding to ad hoc financial reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- The role is hybrid based in India, requiring regular on-site presence with agreed remote days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating across finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external providers.
- Capable of producing clear financial analysis and management commentary for leadership use.
- Familiar with process improvements and reporting automation, possibly including tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
