About This Role
- Deliver accurate monthly global management reports and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with shared service centres and external providers to ensure reporting accuracy, improve controls, and support process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, SAP or similar ERP systems, and Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid and based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners is a plus.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks, audits, intercompany accounting, tax, or supply chain finance processes.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and involvement in finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
