About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close for multiple APAC markets and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and local finance teams to resolve issues and improve finance service delivery.
- Oversee internal controls, support audits, and lead finance transformation and automation initiatives including coaching a team of finance professionals.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and vendor/shared service management.
- Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills; good written and spoken English.
