About This Role
- Lead financial control and month-end close processes for multiple Asia Pacific markets and entities from India, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve service quality and internal controls.
- Lead and develop a finance team, support audits, drive finance transformation initiatives and enhance automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting audits.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, strong Excel skills, and good written and spoken English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading finance service delivery or controlling in multinational or matrix organizations across the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven capability in managing vendor and shared service relationships and driving process improvements and automation.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
