About This Role
- Monitor system performance, servers, and applications to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Perform basic Linux system administration and assist in troubleshooting system, network, and application issues.
- Support deployment and release activities, write simple scripts to automate operational tasks, and maintain related documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems including commands, file systems, permissions.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS basics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
- Work Experience Required: 0 to 6 months including internships in Linux/TechOps/Support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Shell or Python to automate tasks.
- Ability to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn within a technical support environment.
