About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ Managed Service Consultants to deliver operational excellence and customer value across a diverse global portfolio.
- Own customer portfolio health including delivery timelines, project plans, risk management, and operational KPIs with regular leadership reporting.
- Serve as executive contact for customers/carriers, drive data-driven insights to improve data quality, and partner cross-functionally to enhance service and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Kibana, or Observe.
- Experience managing complex portfolios of enterprise customers and multi-project prioritization.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India with full-time in-office commitment (5 days/week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS, software, logistics or related domains supporting enterprise customers and complex accounts.
- Able to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Skilled at coaching teams, improving operational processes, and influencing senior leaders across global, cross-functional environments.
