About This Role
- Own and maintain integrations between Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) systems and the vendor-managed DPX SaaS platform, focusing on API integration, security, environment configuration, and release management.
- Lead security vulnerability remediation, production incident root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with third-party vendor.
- Develop and maintain automation for testing, CI/CD pipelines, and support data flows and configurations across multiple environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience working with vendor-managed SaaS platforms including vendor escalation and issue management.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, REST API design and consumption, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- Proficient in security integration technologies: mTLS, certificate/PKI management, SAML/SSO, and identity federation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex integrations with vendor SaaS products inside financial services domain, particularly lending, pricing, or ESG processes.
- Operationally strong in production support with incident troubleshooting and coordinating vendor support.
- Skilled with automation tooling (API level test automation) and CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.
