About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services and distributed systems focused on Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Provide technical leadership including solution architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and driving engineering best practices within cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize platform scalability, reliability, security, and support frontend integration with ReactJS while championing CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, ReactJS, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering technical solutions at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with demonstrated ability to architect and deliver large-scale, cloud-native microservices and event-driven platforms.
- Hands-on technical leader comfortable mentoring teams and driving best practices in performance tuning, security, observability, and CI/CD.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration involving product, architecture, and DevOps stakeholders within agile environments.
