About This Role
- Own quality assurance and test automation for IAM solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and performance through rigorous testing and validation.
- Develop and maintain test automation suites using frameworks like Rest-Assured, Cucumber, Selenium and programming languages such as Java or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to meet quality standards and automate test processes for improved efficiency and coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analysis, application onboarding, and test automation.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Rest-Assured, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG) and programming languages such as Java or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of SailPoint workflows and experience in SailPoint Testing and Automation.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on technical execution in an agile environment.
- Technical proficiency in IAM concepts (SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and ability to automate tests including synthetic data creation and performance testing.
- Strong collaborator capable of working across product, security, and engineering teams to define test coverage and improve quality/security standards.
