About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects including planning, execution, and successful closure.
- Conduct and own client communications, meetings, escalations, and delivery of demos or presentations.
- Lead internal coordination across development, QA, business teams, and HR to maintain timelines, budgets, and handle project challenges including risks and stakeholder management.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years backend engineering experience with strong TypeScript (strict mode) and Node.js (LTS) skills.
- Proven experience with job queues/scheduling tools like pg-boss or BullMQ, and building reliable 24/7 services with retries and idempotency.
- Deep PostgreSQL expertise including schema design, performance tuning, and migrations.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years backend engineering experience (explicitly stated)

- Experienced in managing complex IT projects with enterprise-level stakeholders and delivery risks.
- Comfortable working closely with development teams specializing in AI, Odoo, and backend integration technologies.
