About This Role
- Drive the site’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system to meet DREAMS Zero Harm objectives including Zero Fatality, Zero LTI, and Zero RWI targets.
- Lead process safety management activities such as risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness drills, and contractor safety oversight.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company safety standards, maintain safety-critical equipment, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR Graduation in Science (Chemistry) or related field is mandatory.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State/Central Pollution Control Boards is mandatory.
- 3 to 5+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5+ years in relevant industrial safety roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated operational ownership of site safety systems including incident investigation, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety management.
- Experienced in conducting SHE audits, safety training programs, and continuous improvement in occupational health and process safety management.
- Comfortable working within regulated environments with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing settings.
